Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Environmental activism plays a crucial role in raising awareness about environmental degradation, promoting conservation efforts, and advocating for sustainable practices. In Zuru Local Government Area, Kebbi State, environmental challenges such as deforestation, land degradation, and water pollution have had significant impacts on the region’s natural resources and livelihoods. 1.2 Statement of the Problem
